　　Randstad is seeking an experienced Communications Specialist to manage the launch and supply of Medical Device products and components. As the selected candidate you will be responsible for supporting Product Supply - Medical Devices with the deployment of Medical Device communications materials in alignment with strategy. This is a hybrid position that will require the selected candidate to work onsite 2 days/ week (typically Tuesday and Thursday). Local candidates are preferred.

　　Responsibilities

　　Support execution of Medical Device internal communication plans to ensure awareness of business priorities and alignment with division messaging

　　Plan, edit, and write content for a variety of internal division channels

　　Regularly assess and report on the impact and effectiveness of internal communications

　　Assist with planning and execution of department events including quarterly webcasts, visits from internal leaders, and partner facing events

　　Craft content for leadership social media posts

　　Other duties as assigned

　　Requirements/Preferences:

　　Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or business

　　2-3 years' experience in internal communications

　　Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

　　Time management and ability to meet deadlines

　　Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

　　Preferences:

　　Some graphic design experience or knowledge preferredSkills

　　Communications (2 years of experience is required)

　　Microsoft Office (5 years of experience is required)
