We're looking for a strong Communications Program Manager own and scale global communications programs that informs our customers, Amazon employees, about Amazon IT products and services. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to create content strategies that best support our colleagues, as well as write, deliver, and measure the effectiveness of your content. The work will be 50% writing and 50% project management.In this role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to help develop solution oriented communication strategies, support process improvement initiatives, and own program management projects.Key job responsibilities- Create and optimize content and communication regarding in-office IT experiences.- Create and drive end-to-end communications strategies across multiple channels to successfully enable Amazon employees to adopt key IT updates, features, and products.- Own and deliver against a comprehensive content plan for internal communications.- Consult with stakeholders to define business objectives and deploy a set of actionable and targeted messaging plans.- Conduct business readiness assessments, evaluate results, and develop plans to ensure messaging is aligned with upcoming technology changes.- Identify emerging topics and develop proactive plans with stakeholders, including crafting content as needed.About the teamHere in IT Services, we embrace our differences. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge
