And if that's you we would love to have you join us!Job DescriptionCommodity Manager, SourcingPerforms logistics sourcing activities related to transportation (parcel, LTL, truckload, heavy weight air, and ocean), third party warehousing, and brokerage. Evaluates sourcing requirements to ensure compliance with internal controls and operational requirements are met. Builds collaborative relationships with internal business partners and strategic relationships with external service providers. Build structure to effectively manage service providers through use of scorecards, business reviews, and industry benchmarking.Main Responsibilities:Lead supplier life cycle management for assigned commodities and modes including supplier identification, onboarding, RFP/RFQ, contracting, and offboardingCollaborate with internal stakeholders and leverage market intelligence to develop actionable supplier strategies for assigned commoditiesAnalyze, review, optimize and maintain logistics processes in alignment with Sourcing and Logistics strategiesCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to determine and maintain transportation related policies and proceduresNegotiate and implement supplier Master Services Agreements and Scopes of WorkEnsure supplier compliance to policies, procedures, and contract requirementsResponsible to develop and implement actions to maintain service level and drive supplier performance for assigned transportation modesLead supplier performance review management (scorecards, business reviews)Secure capacity for assigned transportation modesDevelop cost productivity and cash strategies directly aligned with overall commodity strategyMaintain global transportation contact matrix and escalation paths for assigned commodities and suppliersDevelop and implement routing guide compliance tools and processes to ensure proper supplier utilization.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree.Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
