　　Responsibilities

　　Develop, build and nurture client relationships

　　Provide personalized insurance solutions to client businesses

　　Oversee commercial insurance policies from start to finish

　　Collaborate with underwriters to analyze and assess client risk exposures

　　Proactively manage policy renewals

　　Follow up and schedule appointments with client leads

　　Review policies, identify gaps, and negotiate terms with underwriters

　　Coordinate with claims adjusters for fair and timely resolutions

　　Update clients on relevant market shifts affecting their coverage

　　Maintain accurate client files and ensure compliance with regulations

　　Prepare and present reports on policy details and performance

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field

　　Proven experience in commercial insurance

　　Understanding of commercial insurance products and policies

　　Proficiency in insurance software including Microsoft Office

　　Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
