　　The candidate for this position will be responsible for:

　　Managing the process of new business development, includingparticipating and/or leading calling efforts on existing and potentialcustomers

　　Managing the commercial banking team that services an existing portfolioof commercial loans, and other commercial services, to ensure allrelationships are risk-rated appropriately and meet compliance andregulator policies

　　Providing direction and support to the commercial lending staff toincrease the effectiveness of the department and enhance individualperformance

　　Overseeing the origination process for all Tulsa commercial businessloans for Oklahoma Fidelity Bank

　　Requirements for the position include:

　　A Bachelors degree (may be waived in lieu of experience)

　　A minimum of 5 years of commercial credit and loan administrationexperience

　　A minimum 5 years management/supervisory experience

　　A proven track record in sales management

　　A sharp business development focus demonstrating innovative approaches

　　A strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to rapidlyassimilate complex information
