We are in search of a Collections Specialist to join our team located in Miami, Florida. As a Collections Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work within the Financial Services industry, focusing on the resolution of customer account disputes, monitoring aging reports, and implementing strategies to ensure payments are received in a timely manner. This role involves interactions with various software systems and requires a strong understanding of the collection processes.

Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer account disputes and escalations promptly and professionally

• Regularly monitor and analyze aging reports to identify delinquent accounts

• Utilize accounting software systems accurate record keeping

• Employ collection processes and strategies to reduce the number of delinquent accounts
