JOB TITLE: Collections Agent

　　MUSTS: Must be at least 18 years old. Must have valid state identificationand transportation to the job site. Must have the ability to handleincoming/outgoing calls to communicate with customers in a pleasant andrespectful manner. Must also have general computer skills.

　　SKILLS: Ability to utilize a headset while on incoming and outgoingtelephone calls. Entering, recording, storing or maintaining informationin written or computer software.

　　DUTIES: Answering incoming calls, and receiving calls on a headset. Alsomaking outbound calls from a landline. Sending email and providingnotifications to clients regarding billing and cancellation procedures.

　　WAGES: $14.42/hour Paid twice monthly.

　　BENEFITS: Vacation, after waiting period. Benefits will be discussed withthe employer.

　　JOB TO START: As soon as a qualified applicant is hired.

　　DURATION: This is a Full time, permanent position.

　　SHIFT: Will work Monday - Friday between the hours of 9:00am and5:00pm, with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break.

　　JOB SITE: Monte Vista, Colorado, Rio Grande County
