　　A reputable client out of Mayfield Heights is seeking a Collections Specialist to join their team. This is a direct hire role with standard business hours. Please review the description below to ensure this is a great fit for you!

　　Responsibilities:

　　Review delinquent accounts and initiate collections

　　Reviewing accounts that are on hold

　　Corrections of misapplied payments or billing errors

　　Preparation of paperwork for accounts to be sent to collections or claims

　　Proof of deliveries

　　Be involved in monthly past due meetings

　　Credit applications

　　By-Sell accounts – PO, go collect

　　Requirements

　　Requirements:

　　1+ year of experience in collections

　　Very organized

　　Comfortable talking on the phone as needed
