Description

We are seeking an experienced Collections Analyst to manage and optimize our clients accounts receivable processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in collections within the SaaS industry and be proficient in using NetSuite software. This role is crucial for maintaining positive cash flow, minimizing overdue balances, and ensuring that our clients remain in good standing.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the collections process, including contacting clients regarding overdue payments and resolving payment discrepancies.

Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and prioritize collection efforts based on risk and exposure.

Utilize NetSuite software to track, manage, and report on collection activities and account statuses.

Collaborate with the billing and sales teams to resolve billing issues and ensure accurate invoicing.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate timely payments and address any concerns.

Prepare and distribute regular reports on collections performance and accounts receivable metrics.

Assist with the implementation of best practices and process improvements in the collections function.

Support month-end close activities related to accounts receivable and collections.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in collections, preferably within the SaaS or technology industry.

Proficiency in using NetSuite software for accounts receivable and collections management.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
