　　This position will be based at one of our farm locations, which couldinclude pedigree, research, GGP, hatchery, feed mill or GP farms. Thisposition will work in live operations for a primary poultry breeder andallow you to learn many aspects of live production.

　　This position will work under an experienced supervisor to gain thenecessary training needed to work on a team, and produce a high quality,safe product that meets customer specifications. This position will workwith operation support departments and may require the holder to workvarious shifts during the training phase to learn additional facets ofthe operations. Other duties include ensuring that all product qualityand safety processes are being followed consistently, promoting a safework environment, and performing other responsibilities as needed.

　　Candidate selected will be expected to be an active participant,complete all assignments, and achieve all training expectations toachieve optimal performance. This internship will provide real-worldhands-on experience. Interns will get the opportunity to attend severaleducational sessions designed to enhance leadership development andpersonal development. These sessions will be facilitated by talent andrecruiting as well as senior leadership within Cobb.

　　REQUIREMENTS:

　　Education: Must be currently enrolled undergraduate or graduatestudents. Poultry Science, Agriculture Business, or Animal Sciencemajors preferred.

　　Experience: Previous work experience in any field.

　　Computer Skills: Strong computer skills with a working knowledge ofExcel familiarity with Access, Word, and PowerPoint.

　　Supervisory: None

　　Special Skills: Ability to multitask; motivated self-starter.

　　Housing: Included

　　Biosecurity: The jobsite may require entry into a bio-secureenvironment and showering before entering the facilities is required.Appropriate clothing and footwear are provided by the Company. Nojewelry may be worn on the jobsites except for medical ID jewelry. Mustbe willing to sign an agreement to avoid any avian species, chickens,ducks, and birds. The Company Animal Welfare Policy must always befollowed.
