　　About this position:

　　Job Type: Full Time.

　　Schedule: Monday-Friday, Swing Shift.

　　Wage Range: $18.55-$24.85 per hour, depending on experience. Plus, an additional $1.25 per hour for swing shift differential.

　　Farwest seeks a dependable and knowledgeable individual to join their Eugene Rebar team as Coater. In this role, you will operate the reinforcing steel coating line machinery at maximum efficiency to apply fusion bonded epoxy powder .

　　  Key responsibilities for this role include:

　　Efficient set up, operation, monitoring, and general oversight of steel/rebar coating machinery.

　　Enhance customer satisfaction by increasing product quality through validation of machine accuracy.

　　Perform regular preventative maintenance of the equipment.

　　Ensure a safe work environment through best practices, including promoting all safety policies and guidelines.

　　Manage assigned paperwork in regards to process control and quality control.

　　Qualifications and Experience:

　　One (1) year powder coating line experience.

　　Effective verbal and written communication skills.

　　Ability to work in a team environment.

　　Customer service oriented.
