Description • Provide program coaching services, technical assistance and training services in alignment with the QRIS Coaching model by providing mentoring and support to program participants. The areas of support include but are not limited to: the classroom environment, teacher-child interactions, and assessment as they relate to QRIS elements.

　　• Conduct virtual, onsite and in-person coaching sessions, training and technical assistance in developmentally appropriate curriculum and practice; facilitate networking opportunities and act as a resource for participants on child development, quality child care and professional development.

　　• Share feedback and information, help child care providers reflect on progress, and assist them in the development of a working portfolio.

　　• Develop Quality Improvement Plans (QIP) using SMART Goals for participating QSLA sites and ensure monthly coaching sessions support the QIP.

　　• Ensure and maintain project compliance through a detailed knowledge of the QRIS Contract, Scope of Work; Quality Continuum Framework-Rating Matrix; Continuous Quality Improvement Pathways Tools and Resources; and other documents, as required

　　• Maintain ongoing effective communication with the Crystal Stairs QRIS Team to ensure effective program implementation and achievement of program goals

　　• Coordinate and collaborate with QSLA Crystal Stairs Coaching staff to exchange information about the needs of sites to provide more cohesive, holistic support

　　• Build connections with and help maintain resources on local higher education institutions and local professional development opportunities

　　• Participate in events as needed to help maintain CCALA and QRIS visibility with funders and other current and potential stakeholders

　　• Maintain records of work activities and track/monitor progress of participants

　　• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or Program Manager Requirements Early childhood education
