MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Operates CNC machine in the cell and adjusts CNC offsets

　　Reads blueprint or job order for product specifications

　　Operate machine by loading and unloading product in fixtures and start machine for automatic cycles

　　Perform critical gauging and inspection of the work produced to insure quality of close tolerance procedures

　　Perform the hourly checks including safety, quality and production

　　Recognize quality issues and follow all safety guidelines

　　Communicate with Team Lead and follow instructions

　　REQUIREMENTS

　　Education Required:

　　HS Diploma or GED Equivalent

　　Work Experience Required:

　　1 + years related experience operating machine in a manufacturing environment

　　Skills & Knowledge Required:

　　Mathematical aptitude and ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure including whole numbers, common fractions and decimals

　　Capable of using common sense understanding to carry our detailed instructions including written and oral

　　Computer proficiency including use of Microsoft office

　　Physical Demands and Work Environment:

　　Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and use hands

　　Required to lift and/or move 10 lbs regularly and up to 33 lbs occasional

　　Use of vision including peripheral, color, distance, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

　　Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, strong fumes and loud noises

　　Occasionally exposed to extreme temperatures
