About CNC Laser Operator "A"

　　SUMMARY

　　This occupation requires skills and performance in 5 axis laser cutting, knowledge of CNC Machines and be familiar with NC programming. This occupation requires moderate physical exertion, including lifting, bending, and considerable time standing.

　　EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

　　Minimum of five (5) years experience setting up and operating 5 axis CNC Lasers and/or 3 axis NC Mill and have knowledge of metal alloys.

　　RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Able to read engineering draw- ings and blueprints.

　　Setup fixtures, vises, and rotary tables. Measurements of fabri­ cated parts.

　　Knowledge of mathematical tasks and trigonometry.

　　Perform all other duties as assigned or directed.

　　Can identify and communicate to management machine and quality issues as they arise.
