　　BWXT is seeking qualified applicants to fill the role of CNC HBM Operator at its growing facility in Barberton, Ohio!

　　The selected candidate will operate horizontal boring mills, performing contouring, boring, facing, turning, counter boring, grooving, undercutting, reaming, milling, drilling, and tapping operations on large scale precision-manufactured components. Additionally, the operator will perform final inspection of the product using both an inspection probe and/or precision measuring equipment.

　　Minimum Qualifications

　　A high school diploma or GED equivalency is required. Formal technical education is preferred, but not required.

　　A minimum of three (3) years' technical experience in a similar role is desired.

　　Must demonstrate ability to maintain detailed records, complete process documentation and other production records.

　　Must be able to demonstrate proper use of instruments such as: dial indicators, Vernier calipers, precision instruments, micrometers, calipers, jacks, clamps, bolts, shim, jigs, fixtures, and angle plates.

　　Must be able to recognize problems as programs are running and demonstrate ability to write/edit programs using both G and M coded controls (experience with Siemens and Fanuc controls preferred).

　　Must be able to work with tolerances of .000" and to a microfinish 16 when necessary.

　　Must pass all pre-employment skills-based and knowledge-based testing, background verification, drug screen, and physical examination.

　　U.S. citizenship with no dual citizenship is required.
