　　The Nursing Assistant II performs the duties of a CNA and Health Unit Coordinator or Monitor Tech as required.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Successful completion of the Health Unit Coordinator Class, or equivalent education/ experience

　　Successful completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant Training Course.

　　National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire

　　Texas Nurse Aide - Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services upon hire
