　　At CHI Health Creighton University Medical Center - Bergan Mercy our focus is patient-centered care. Our level I trauma center and academic medical center campus is designed to heal the body mind and spirit of every person in a more comfortable less stressful hospital environment. 　　*We are looking for the following shifts- One day 6:30am-3:00pm, one 2:30pm-11:00pm and one 10:30pm-7:00am*

　　Responsibilities

　　Eligible for $3,000 Sign-on Bonus* You will receive an additional $1,000.00 less applicable withholdings, generally paid out after successfully completing one (1) year of service, and again after completing two (2) years of service in this position.

　　What You’ll Do

　　Contribute to the assessment of the health status of patients

　　Assist patients with taking their medications on time, meals, attending to personal needs, and change wound dressings as needed.

　　Play a vital role as a liaison between our patients and their care teams.

　　Communicate pertinent patient information to appropriate members of the treatment team with direction of the Charge Nurse

　　Grow your skills in a diverse and multicultural environment.

　　Qualifications

　　What You’ll Need

　　Must be at least 16 years of age as required by state

　　Nurse Assistants must be on the Nurse Aide Registry of the State in which you work upon hire

　　BLS (Basic Life Support) from the American Heart Association upon hire
