Details about this exciting opportunity:
Overnight, Licensed Clinician openings in our Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT) program, part time and per diem.
The MCRT program operates out of Peekskill, NY and directly supports the work of the Project Alliance by providing mobile crisis intervention services in conjunction with the Peekskill, Buchanan, Croton, Cortland, Yorktown police departments and associated stakeholders.
The overnight Clinician position’s schedule will consist of evening/overnight shifts of your choice. Coverage is needed for all days of the week and all shifts. Nightly shifts are 10pm – 2am, 2am – 6am, 6am – 9am or any combination of these three shifts.
Compensation: $25 per hour to answer crisis calls; $100 extra for mobile responses.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Working closely with the Westchester County Department of Community Mental Health and Catchment area Police Departments to provide services to individuals who are in crisis, with the goal of intervention, assessment and referral to help clients live safely and prevent future crisis.
The candidate will work an overnight schedule and will be a part of a cohesive team that provides 24/7/365 mobile crisis intervention.
If you have the following:
Qualifications:
A Master’s Degree in Social Work and a license to practice Social Work (LMSW or LCSW) or Mental Health Counseling (LMHC) in New York.
NYS Driver’s License and means of transportation required to provide mobile responses with police.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Experience with community-based services a plus.
And Attributes:
Crisis intervention and response skills a plus.
Work well independently and within a team environment.
Ability to collaborate and build relationships with community partners.
Strong written skills.
