Position Summary
The Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) will provide support for research activities in the Division of Nephrology. The incumbent will be responsible for patient recruitment for genetic and non-genetic studies, including assessing study eligibility, obtaining informed consent and administering standardized questionnaires.

Obtain informed consentOrganize and conduct baseline and follow-up study visitsPerform collection, processing and storing biological samplesCollect data from medical records and enter in research databasesMaintain detailed study files and complete paper and electronic case report formsEnsure data quality, integrity and compliance with all regulatory, institutional, and departmental requirementsMaintain database and provide recruitment reportsAssist with data analysis and participate in preparation of manuscripts and grant reportsPerform additional related duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education, training and experiencePreferred Qualifications
Clinical research or related experienceSpanish language skillsPhlebotomy certifiedOther Requirements
Participation in the medical surveillance programContact with patients and/or human research subjectsPotential bloodborne pathogen exposureSuccessful completion of applicable compliance and systems training requirements
