Regions Hospital is looking for a highly motivated clinical pharmacist to provide pharmaceutical care and clinical expertise to patients. Pharmacists at Regions Hospital provide professional pharmaceutical services by: rounding with patient care teams, monitoring patient medication therapies, providing drug information and education to healthcare providers and patients/families, precepting pharmacy students and residents, reviewing medication orders, dispensing medications and related supplies, overseeing the work of direct support personnel, and participating in quality and safety improvement projects. Work Schedule: Primarily days with every other weekend. Required Qualifications: Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy with a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy. Current license to practice pharmacy in the State of Minnesota. Currently functioning in a decentralized capacity or comparable role, or completion of a post-doctorate pharmacy program (i.e., residency or fellowship), or BPS Board Certification. Preferred Qualifications: Post-graduate training and/or specialty BPS Board Certification. Licensed preceptor with the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy. Additional Information: This is a union 0.9 FTE (72 hours per pay period) day shift with every other weekend position working in St. Paul, MN. The full salary range for this position is $67.88-$77.30 per hour, based on experience. This position is non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act, and is eligible for benefits.
