　　Responsibilities

　　Coordinate and/or lead project tasks as assigned. Can establish trust and build strong relationships with clinicians, leadership and partners

　　Able to communicate with various levels of users within the organization

　　Writes clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles while tailoring the message based on audience

　　Ability to document clearly and concisely for communications and workflows

　　Embraces change and is not limited to past or current thinking: willing to try new methods

　　Disseminates communications as needed (physical flyers, safety huddles, department rounds)

　　Onboarding readiness preparation

　　EHR Training, Dragon, EPCS, at-the-elbow support, rounding/end user adoption

　　Project go-live support (rounds, elbow support, training, etc)

　　Downtime / outage support

　　Requirements

　　Education:

　　High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

　　Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
