　　Responsibilities:

　　Develops, implements and evaluates programs for orientation, competency assessment, training and continuing education for all levels of staff on the Oncology and Medical-Surgical units. Provides support for clinical practice at point of care. Role models patient care practices through direct patient care.

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelors degree in Nursing required

　　Masters Degree in Nursing or Education preferred

　　Minimum of three years experience in medical-surgical nursing required

　　Knowledge of principles of adult learning

　　Experience using an electronic health record

　　Ability to communicate and collaborate with others effectively

　　Competent in use of all Microsoft Office applications

　　Effective verbal and written communication skills

　　AHA BLS and ACLS Provider required

　　Chemotherapy certification required

　　National Nursing Certification required

　　If not certified at hire, expectation to receive certification within one year of hire

　　Current New Jersey RN license
