　　Job Description

　　Analyzes, verifies, tracks and reports on trends data. Supports performance of analysis, designs reports for use by clinicians and administrators, develops and validates operational information for clinical departments.

　　Job Responsibility

　　Analyzes, verifies, tracks and reports on trends data. Extracts patient clinical data from medical records or other sources containing patient clinical data.

　　Verifies and populates patient clinical data in designated databases.

　　Maintains consistency and integrity of data collection; reports concerns regarding data integrity.

　　Presents data and recommendations for process/performance improvement initiatives and quality management.

　　Assists with implementation of databases; trains staff on data capture and data entry.

　　Interfaces data from organization hospitals for reporting purposes; develops and analyses systems needed to obtain information or statistics vital to project.

　　Collaborates with various departments in database development and required modifications.

　　Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action.

　　Job Qualification

　　Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

　　1-3 years of relevant experience, required.

　　The salary range for this position is $58,500-$75,012/year
