GENERAL SUMMARY:

　　Under supervision of nursing staff is responsible for the assessment and direct care of patients on hemodialysis. Will strive to fulfill the organization's mission, vision, values, philosophy, and goals.

　　EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

　　High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required. Nursing Assistant (NA), Medical Assistant (MA), or other healthcare experience preferred. Must successfully complete the Greenfield Health Systems dialysis training program, as a condition of continued employment.

　　CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:

　　As a condition of continued employment, certification as a dialysis technician must be obtained (and maintained) within designated timeline of 18 months, in accordance with federal regulation.
