Monitors patient andclinic workflow to ensure efficient patient care and cost effectiveoperation of the clinic. Other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCEDESCRIPTION: A minimum of 3 years of recent experience in a clinicalsetting where leadership, competence and expertise in ambulatory carehas been demonstrated, OR 2-3 years of demonstrated leadershipexperience in a healthcare setting is required.EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:Bachelor\'s Degree in Nursing, Business, or Healthcare related field isrequired; in lieu of a Bachelor\'s Degree a minimum of 7 years ofHealthcare Administration experience is required. Bachelor\'s Degree ispreferred. SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: Proven management skills areessential. Delegates effectively. Demonstrates reliability, maintainsconfidentiality. Has the temperament for dealing with people who are illand need help. Strong interpersonal, leadership, team building anddecision making capabilities to ensure effective and efficient operationof the clinic.
