About Client Support Manager

  Helix, a ReSource Pro company, is seeking an experienced independent insurance agency/brokerage professional to serve as a Client Support Manager to understand our customer needs drive in order to drive our innovation.  We actively listen to customers and anticipate their needs, both expressed and unexpressed.   The Client Support Manager presents an opportunity to put your Independent Insurance Agency and Brokerage experience to use.  The ideal candidate will have a unique combination of AMS technical skills and business acumen. 

  This is a remote position with minimal travel that can be based anywhere in the continental United States.

  You will...

  This position will be responsible for setting customers up for success and representing the entire Helix value proposition.  Primary responsibility will be to consult with customers and vendors as AMS60 and Applied Epic Management System SME.  In this role, the ideal candidate will ensure successful customer engagements and act as a solution expert, all in close alignment with the entire Helix and Agency team.

  To be successful you need...

  Knowledge of Independent Agency and Brokerage space

  Understanding of networks, databases, and other technologies

  Extensive knowledge of Vertafore products including AMS360, PL Rating, TransactNow

  Excellent Oral and written communications skills

  Interpersonal and consultative skills

  Facilitation skills

  Problem solving skills

  Detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy

  Organizational skills

  Your Compensation

  Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position. The salary range for this role for most locations is $64,800- $90,000. The salary range could be lower or higher based on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
