Description

　　Responsibilities will include:

　　• Client onboarding, maintenance, and support preferred custodians

　　• Interacting with clients to: money movement, transaction research, trading, documentation requests, reporting requests

　　• Coordinate, collaborate, and harmonize with team members to push the envelope on new ways to maintain efficient workflows while delivering an elevated level of client service

　　• Assist with firmwide operations and compliance projects as needed

　　• Assist subordinates, junior employees, and interns with training and development

　　Requirements

　　Required qualifications:

　　• Must have experience with wealth management

　　• Advanced with Excel and pivot tables

　　Preferred qualifications:

　　• 2-3 years recent experience as client associate or similar role at wealth management, broker dealer, banking, or investment banking firm

　　• Strong common-sense problem solving and critical thinking skills

　　• Self-paced, disciplined, and can thrive in unstructured and structured environments

　　• Multi-task with ability to pivot and re-prioritize projects and tasks quickly
