　　Broadridge is growing! We are seeking a contract Client Service Specialist (IRA Support) to join our dynamic team in Denver, CO. In this role, you will process manual and automated requests from Third Party Administrators (TPA), assist customers in our Safe Harbor IRA product, and provide outstanding customer service.

　　Do you have experience providing exceptional customer service on the phone and by email? Do you enjoy both customer communications and operational processing? If so, we'd love to hear from you!

　　This is a temporary contract position expected to last 12 months, with the possibility of going permanent. We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means youll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Answer customer inquiries received via phone, correspondence and e-mails to ensure customer satisfaction

　　Create TPA and IRA files as requested

　　Process IRA distribution requests and perform Quality Checks on other associates' distribution requests

　　Maintain customer files and records, and scan incoming checks received for IRA rollovers to deposit

　　Handle end of day processing tasks

　　Complete welcome packets for all new accounts

　　Requirements:

　　Excellent customer service skills and a team oriented focus

　　Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience preferred

　　Strong written and verbal communication, with problem solving skills

　　Must have the ability to prioritize work to meet daily workloads and deadlines

　　Basic knowledge of trust business and its particular accounting and tax reporting requirements is a plus

　　Fundamental understanding of retirement plans, benefit payments and distribution processing a plus

　　The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00 per hour. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
