Lex Machina, a LexisNexis company, is seeking a full time Client Relations Specialist (CRS) to join our growing organization. The CRS will serve as the Support point of contact for our clients/subscribers answering inquiries regarding their Lex Machina account information, subscription access requests, product questions, troubleshooting, and more. This position involves heavy e-mailing and occasionally some phone coverage. Ad hoc projects assigned as necessary.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
The CRS will be the lead voice for Lexis Machina Support and will work closely with the Customer Success Operations Manager and Manager of the Customer Success team to make sure that our Support program runs smoothly, efficiently, and effectively.
The CRS will become an expert user of Lex Machina and be able to provide assistance to users with all levels of questions ranging from basic to complicated inquiries.
Providing solutions to ensure client satisfaction via telephone and e-mail.
Working with Customer Success (CS) team to respond to customer inquiries and questions about the product so that our customers have the best experience possible.
Escalating issues as necessary.
Reporting customer service trends to Sales and CS teams.
Ad hoc projects as assigned.
Occasionally lead group trainings or demonstrations for customers who want to learn the basics of Lex Machina.
Requirements:
BA/BS required.
JD or MLS strongly preferred; equivalent legal industry knowledge and experience required.
Proficient in MS Office, Google Apps and other commonly used business applications. Experience with Zendesk would be a plus.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Candidate needs to be able to write clearly and concisely.
1-3 year(s) professional work experience.
Developed customer focus skills.
Impeccable follow up and time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and flexibility.
Excellent attention to detail.
Must be a team player who can also work autonomously and use professional discretion in responding to customer requests.
