The Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Analyst supports the AUS Security Management and other business function leaders for a high-profile customer. This role is responsible for maintaining the security and efficiency of record management processes and execute the various core functions of the GSOC to include, but not limited to incident recognition/escalation, intelligence analysis, emergency response, product security, and physical security.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Those duties are necessary to meet the minimum requirements of the position. Other duties may be assigned:
Serve as quality assurance / quality control for all incident reporting through the enterprise.
Monitor incidents and assess/communicate impact to a high-profile customer
Complete risk and intelligence driven reports to AUS Leadership and other stakeholders
Receive calls for help/assistance from employees worldwide and respond appropriately
Provide support and participate in crisis mitigation and after-action reporting
Assist in composing, verifying, and sending incident mass notifications
Monitor and communicate risks associated with enterprise personnel and systems
Monitor health of all GSOC indicant reporting platforms and applications
Monitor access control and CCTV systems for alarms and see to appropriate response
Collaborate with Security Guard Force and other business partners to meet operational goals and reporting requirements.
Assist Global Security Management with other tasks as assigned

Must be a U.S citizen
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Proficient in computer processing and applications
Knowledgeable in alarm monitoring systems and access control measures
Proficient in report writing and incident analysis
Pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing
Must be able to pass a government background investigation and obtain a Secret Clearance. Knowledge and Skills Required:
Ability to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors
Ability to communicate at an executive level, both written and orally, through superior communication skills
Ability to make decisions, multi-task, and operate within high stress situations, often under time constraints • Possess working knowledge of current global events and global geography/cultures
Ability to analyze and think critically, sometimes under ambiguous circumstances
Ability to follow written policy/procedures
Solid computer knowledge and skills, experience working with complex platforms
Equally comfortable working independently or collaboratively
Self-motivated, highly responsive, and proactive, able to own tasks from start to finish
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Emergency Management, Business, Economics, Communications, Information Technology, Political Sciences, Engineering, Geography, or related field
Intelligence, corporate, military, and/or security experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND ENVIRONMENT:
Office, minimal to no exposure to extreme temperatures is expected
Major activities include working on a PC and using a telephone while sitting
Physical effort is limited, to include some standing, bending and limited stretching and reaching
Must be able to submit to drug screening to the extent permissible by law
