　　JOB DESCRIPTION:

　　Provides complex electronic classroom support through a variety of methods which may include digitization of materials (text, images, audio, and/or video) to meet the needs of instructors and researchers.

　　Recommends electronic delivery options for various forms of content based on stated needs.

　　Troubleshoots and supports hardware and software problems that interfere with the creation and/or delivery of content. May consult with faculty on different approaches to content based on their goals for instructional use or research.

　　Maintains a working knowledge of current and emerging modes of digitizing text, images and video for delivery via the Internet.

　　May hire train and supervise student and temporary employees.

　　Performs related responsibilities as required.

　　MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

　　Two years of college coursework and one year of multimedia experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

　　Experience in an instructional technology setting preferred.

　　NOTE: Position tasks are required to be performed in-person at an Emory University location; working remote is not an option. Emory reserves the right to change this status with notice to employee.
