Driver bonuses are paid to Ritchey Metals Drivers that have no preventable accidents, performance infractions, or safety violations for each month. The bonus is $0.10 per loaded mile recorded by ELD and is totaled monthly, and paid quarterly.

Retention Bonuses:

Drivers will receive a $1500 retention bonus. After 90 days of employment, you will receive $750 and after 6 months, $750.

Responsibilities:

Semi-Regional Truck Drivers-Semi- Regional routes, same runs over and over, travel 2-4 nights during the week. Extended nights at a time.

Responsible for driving truck to assigned destination.Responsible for driving flatbed or van.Responsible for completion of load paperwork and pre/post trip inspections and respective paperwork.Must possess an understanding of DOT regulations.EEO STATEMENT

Must have a valid Class A CDL, 3-6 months experience preferred (flatbed strongly preferred).The ability to lift and/or move regularly.Regularly exposed to outside weather conditions including extreme heat and cold.Run ELD's (Electronic Log Device) with Android.Experience with coils is a plus!Legal Age Requirements:
