Claims Specialist I - Bodily Injury (Hybrid)

　　Zurich is currently hiring a Claims Specialists I to join their Bodily Injury Claims Team. This is a great opportunity to advance your career in claims by interpreting, investigating, and evaluating Bodily Injury claims and coverage issues, as well as claims handling and best practices. At this level, you will manage commercial liability, property damage and bodily injury claims with a caseload that consists of moderate exposure. This position will not handle any physical damage comp/collision claims. You will own your assigned claims from end to end, resolving claims according to best practices. 　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Juris Doctor and 1 or more years of experience in the Claims Handling or Insurance area OR

　　1 or more years in the Claims Foundational Training Program OR

　　Bachelor’s Degree and 2 or more years of experience in the Claims Handling or Insurance area OR

　　Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree with 2 or more years of experience in the Claims Handling or Insurance area OR

　　High School Diploma or Equivalent and 4 or more years of experience in the Claims Handling or Insurance area AND

　　Must obtain and maintain required adjuster license(s)

　　Customer service experience

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　At least 2 years of Bodily Injury experience

　　Insurance industry, medical terminology, or medical billing knowledge

　　Analytical and organizational skills

　　Ability to multi-task

　　Strong communication skills

　　Adapt to a changing environment

　　Compensation for roles at Zurich varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the role, skill set, and level of experience.
