Parametrix is seeking a Civil Project Manager to join our Community Development team. This team has an established client base with private, public and tribal clients. This position would manage upcoming projects and support ongoing business development. This position will join our dedicated and established team of Landscape Architects, Urban Designers, & Civil Engineers, and Designers whose areas of expertise include site development, master planning, urban design, and design of public spaces. This team is innovative, collaborative, impactful and can call their clients their friends. This position will be based out Western Washington or Oregon depending on client base and preference and will have flexibility to work remotely.Who You Are:Civil Engineer, PE and 10+ years of demonstrated ability managing and delivering community-focused projects and developing and maintaining client relationships.Relationship Focused & Connected: Has proven business development skills. Interested in expanding on existing client relationships and building new ones, identifying strategic opportunities and implementing successful pursuit strategies with developers, architects and municipalities.Technically Focused: Can pursue, win, lead and deliver varied projects with a focus on urban design, site planning, master planning, park design, trails and new urbanism.Collaborator: Our existing team is passionate, highly experienced, and innovative.
