　　Responsibilities

　　Shovel, lute, and rake aggregate (rock).

　　Load and unload trucks, haul and hoist materials, transport rakes, lutes, shovels, and tools to the job site.

　　Operate a variety of hand and power tools.

　　Control traffic on job sites by flagging to guide traffic through work areas.

　　Maintain a clean job site - pick up all tools and equipment each day.

　　Education and Experience

　　Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.

　　Be at least 18 years of age.

　　Required Skills/Abilities

　　Must have regular dependable attendace to be physically present each day.

　　Must be able to drive to job sites and company locations using company provided vehicle.

　　Able to listen to, understand, and follow instructions.

　　Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

　　Physical Requirements

　　Able to work outside in all weather conditions.

　　Must have physical strength, balance, hand-eye coordination, and stamina necessary to perform strenuous manual tasks for long periods of time.

　　Must be able to work safely alongside moving construction equipment and open lanes of traffic in both day and night conditions.

　　Schedule:

　　Days and hours of work vary based on weather, project size, and location.

　　Must be able to work overtime: 45+ hours per week.

　　Must be available to work nights and weekends.
