　　Childcare Teacher Responsibilities:

　　Implement our award-winning curriculum in a way that meets each child's unique learning style.

　　Foster relationships with children and provide a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.

　　Document and share with families the important milestones in a child’s day using our app.

　　Welcome families and engage them in conversation about their child's education and development.

　　Encourage and model social behavior and expectations which are developmentally appropriate.

　　Complete ongoing state and company training to help equip you to create a safe and engaging environment- we pay for the courses and your time!

　　Requirements

　　High school diploma or equivalent required.

　　At least 6 months of experience working at a licensed childcare center preferred.

　　Early childhood education credentials, such as ECD 101, CDA, or a degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
