　　As a Child Care Lead Educator, you will:

　　Be a classroom lead teacher and age group expert. Mentor a teaching team by providing support and feedback on weekly curriculum plans, child assessment and documentation, and classroom environments.

　　Communicate daily with parents. Document and share the important milestones in their child’s day.

　　Keep the classroom safe and clean by following important procedures and guidelines.

　　Requirements:

　　Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:

　　Associate degree required

　　Twelve semester units in Child Development, including the core courses of Growth & Development, Child, Family & Community, and Curriculum required

　　Six units in Early Childhood Education Administration required

　　Transcripts will be required at time of hire

　　At least three years of teaching experience in a high-quality program required

　　Experience working in a NAEYC-accredited center preferred

　　Compensation Range: $24.15 - $29.45 / hr
