Local day care needs a full and part time child care aide for their Elysburg facility.
Must be able to obtain background clearances, including child abuse, criminal and FBI. Must be able to obtain First Aid Certification (paid by employer).
High School diploma or GED is required. 2 years professional child care experience is preferred. Must be safety orientated.
Hours will be during the hours of Monday thru Friday 6 AM - 5:30 PM, as scheduled.
Duties will include:
Providing a safe, healthy, caring environment for children under your supervision. Keep open, daily communication with parents. Serve children drinks and lunches. Maintain confidentiality. Attend inservice and staff meetings.Keep all appropriate records.Assist with meeting applicable licensing regulations.Report any issues or concerns to director.Supervise daily activities, games, arts & crafts, etc.Interested applicants are to click on the Apply Now feature to reveal employer's contact information.
