Managing of Software Platform & Test department globally to ensure Software Requirements, - architecture and-Qualification for the life of the project, in line with the GKN ASPICE® compliant process for eDrive and AWD systems. Ensure software release and reporting. Enable the development team members to understand and implement the customer and project requirements, drive re-use and requirements-based/architectural-driven development.

　　Lead the global SW Platform & Test Team (SW Requirements Engineering, SW Architectural Design and SW Qualification Test)

　　Plan and manage the global resources required for the SW Platform Development, Test management and Test execution

　　Develop SW Platform & Test capabilities globally and align WOWs (competencies, methods, tools, …)

　　Being responsible for SW re-use and requirements-based/architectural-driven development

　　Support the Software Project Manager with planning, tracking, reporting and risk management for the SW Platform & Test Domain; also for SW Suppliers

　　Drive automated tests and virtualization of the device under test

　　Automate, execute, analyze, and report results of SW Qualification testing

　　Ensure cost efficiency (ED&T) by reuse, automation, BCC engineering

　　Being responsible for ASPICE SW Eng. processes SWE.1,2 and SWE.6

　　Support new business acquisition by req. analysis and cost/effort estimations

　　Essential Qualifications & Experience

　　Engineering Degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent

　　At least 5 years experience in embedded Software development in a leadership role

　　Experience with Functional Safety and Cyber Security
