Title: Chief Accounting Officer, Finance Leasing

Location: San Francisco (hybrid)

Salary: $240k-$270k + bons + additional incentives

About the Company: The leasing company is a finance-driven organization that values strategic thinking and the development and implementation of financial decisions that support long-term goals, ensure financial stability, and drive profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the accounting and finance department, overseeing all financial reporting, tax planning, and other projects.

Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company’s mission and business objectives.

Oversee the financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all accounting standards and regulations.

Monitor and manage cash flow, treasury management, and working capital to optimize financial resources.

Ensure compliance with J-SOX, including the testing and documentation of internal controls.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Active CPA license.

Over 10 years of accounting experience, ideally a mix of public accounting and industry experience in finance leasing

Extensive experience in managing global accounting operations across multiple countries.

In-depth knowledge and understanding of financial statement analysis, metrics, and reporting.
