Adjunct Instructor Chemistry
Neosho County Community College Ottawa Campus
Neosho County Community College welcomes applicants for the position ofAdjunct Instructor Chemistry. Current class assignments are Introductionto Chemistry lecture and laboratory. Contact Dr. Steve Yuza(620.432.0423 or [email protected]) for more details.
Minimum Qualifications: Masters degree in field preferred or mastersdegree with 18 graduate hours in field required. Previous successfulcollege level teaching experience preferred.
Adjunct faculty may be assigned to teach up to 10 hours a semester,including collateral assignments in appropriately certified areas ofinterest. Courses may be scheduled anytime during the academic day orevening depending on adjunct instructors and/or college schedule. Fall2025 classes have not been prescheduled. Future teaching assignment mayinclude the option of hybrid, virtual, or online classes, depending onthe needs of the college and the interest and/or experience of theinstructor.
Starting Date: Beginning Fall Semester 2025, renewable each semesteras needed.
