Job Responsibilities:
Conduct chemical and physical laboratory tests supporting researchand development, quality control, and process improvement.Execute quality control tests on raw materials, in-processmaterials, and finished products to ensure alignment withspecifications.Analyze test data and prepare comprehensive reports summarizingfindings, conclusions, and recommendations.Develop and refine chemical formulas and processes, aiming forenhanced quality, efficiency, and safety.Evaluate raw materials and finished products to verify compliancewith regulatory requirements and quality standards.Provide technical support to production teams, troubleshootingproduction issues as needed.Perform routine laboratory tasks, including cleaning glassware,maintaining chemical inventory, and ordering supplies as required.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement processimprovements and execute new product development projects.Ensure compliance with regulatory and GMP standards by executing jobfunctions in accordance with SOPs.Stay abreast of industry trends, scientific developments, andregulatory requirements pertinent to chemical manufacturing.Conduct IPQC/FQC/OQC product testing and sampling.Implement MSA (measurement system analysis) for instruments.Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a relatedfield.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a chemical laboratoryenvironment.Strong knowledge of chemistry principles and laboratory techniques.Experience with analytical instrumentation, including HPLC, GC, IR,UV-Vis, and wet chemistry techniques.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within ateam.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with robust organizational and time-managementskills.Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.Preferred Qualifications:
HAZWOPER 40-Hour Certification.Previous experience in chemical manufacturing or related industries.Proficiency in statistical analysis and experimental design.Experience in process development and optimization.Familiarity with FDA regulations and cGMP guidelines.Proficiency with laboratory data management systems and software.Ability to lead and mentor junior laboratory staff.
