Facility:Dayton Children's - Main CampusDepartment:Chaplain ServicesSchedule:Part timeHours:10Job Details:The on-call chaplain supplements and supports the work of the Chaplain/Manager of Pastoral Services by providing pastoral care, spiritual and emotional supportive care, and bereavement care to patients, families, and staff on an as needed basis. On-call chaplains assure a continuum of quality pastoral care at the Children's Medical Center of Dayton.
On-Call chaplain's primary responsibility is to provide on call spiritual care coverage during evening and weekend hours. Additionally, an on-call chaplain provides 10-16 hours of spiritual care in non-emergent situations.

Bachelors: Theology (Required)
Certification/License Requirements:
BCCI or equivalent - Board of Chaplaincy Certification Inc. - Board Certified Chaplain or Board certification of ordination and/or recognition by ecclesiastical authority
