　　Au sein de la Direction des opérations, vous aurez pour principales responsabilités les missions suivantes :

　　Participer à la réflexion stratégique commerciale (gaps products, études de marché, benchmark,..)Développer notre visibilité en France en interne et en externe Développer des outils d'automatisation et des reportingsAnalyser les process transversesAnalyser, gérer et cartographier les bases de donnéesInvestiguer sur les incidents remontés par le client et s'assurer du bon respect des procéduresAider à la préparation des audits
