Genesis10 is currently looking for a Change Management Lead for a Financial Services client in St. Paul MN for a 12+ month project. Able to work remote. Job Description: We are within 12 months of our first PLANT Go-Live and this is the window we indicated we needed to onboard our Change Lead to manage the change management plan and execution for PLANT. Project/Focus: Part of the PLANT Business Readiness Team focusing on change management planning, communication, and execution so our customers are ready to go Live on PLANT at their designated interval. Budget Coming From (PLANT, EPM, PDO, etc.): PLANT Key Responsibilities: Head up change management strategy, including periodic assessments, communication plan, equipping executive sponsor and product managers to manage resistance to change Coordinate & lead discovery work needed to create the change plan Lead the collaboration among stakeholder organizations as they develop and execute their own change management plans Coordinate training and adoption efforts, with PLANT training lead, focused on connecting the dots between current and future state Execute the change management plan and coordinate with AgriBank, the Associations, and the client on overarching organizational changes coming from PLANT's implementation Required Basic Qualifications: Prior experience as a change lead for multiple, large implementation efforts using Prosci's ADKAR model Prior experience leading discovery to create a change management plan Prior experience working in a command center during implementation Prior experience presenting to customers and executives Prior experience in communications planning, execution, & management Previous experience in Loan Servicing or Loan Accounting a plus Previous work on Client products, specifically DNA a plus Previous work in Financial Services or Farm Credit a plus Key Skill(s): Good communicator, both written and verbal Well organized, attention to detail, strategic planner Visionary - One that can piece the big picture together given the defined purpose of the work at hand Demonstrated ability to forge consensus among stakeholder groups with differing needs and perspectives Key Technology /Certification(s): Prosci/ ADKAR Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $75.00-$85.00 We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
