　　What You Will Do :

　　The change management consultant will draft project deliverables and interact with the client daily to ensure engagement success. This includes supporting day-to-day operational meetings with client sponsors and consulting leaders. The consultant is expected to be prepared and communicate well, is organized, and creates effective reports and presentations for the client and internal executives. As a consultant you will be coached and mentored as well as provided with feedback to ensure quality deliverables.

　　Produces quality written and graphical deliverables to support change management and program implementation initiatives

　　Assist with the development and conducting of market research and benchmarking analysis to evaluate, integrate or improve program\project productivity

　　Detail oriented, flexible, proactive, and able to multitask quickly to adapt to changing client priorities and respond to ad hoc requests

　　Designs and supports working sessions and off sites with multiple stakeholders

　　What You Will Need :

　　Minimum Years of Experience: 1 year

　　Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills

　　Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

　　Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously, prioritize and plan work activities while meeting respective deadlines

　　Experience with or knowledge of federal acquisitions processes

　　Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
