Overview: Achieve Rehab and Nursing Facility is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants Achieve Rehabilitation and Nursing Facility is a Long Term Care facility located in Liberty, NY.

　　We are currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants - CNAs.

　　We have full time and part time available for the day, evening and overnight shifts.Certified Nursing Assistant: Full time/part time

　　Responsibilities: Attend to the individual needs of residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating. Reading and recording patient vital signs. Lift, move, and transport residents, using proper body mechanics or lifting devices for accident prevention. Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to a nurse; demonstrate knowledge of complications and ask appropriate questions to clarify the situation. Communicate and interact professionally with residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors. Demonstrate the ability to assist the nurse with various duties as directed.

　　Job Requirements One year Long Term Care experience is highly preferred. Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing aide/assistant program. Must possess and maintain a current state certification as a CNA. Do you have a positive attitude, strong work ethic and enjoy helping others?
