Certified Electronic Health Records Specialist

　　At Hive, LLC, we are seeking a Certified Electronic Health Records (EHR) Specialist to join our team. As an EHR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining patient electronic health records. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation, as well as efficient workflows within the electronic health record system. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of various EHR softwares and medical terminology, as well as strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Pull patient medical records and provide proper documentation for unpaid insurance claims

　　Communicate with healthcare professionals to obtain necessary information for accurate record-keeping

　　Organize and maintain electronic health records, ensuring security and confidentiality

　　Perform data entry and verification to ensure accuracy of patient information

　　Collaborate with healthcare team to identify areas for improvement in EHR documentation and workflows

　　Requirements

　　Certification as an Electronic Health Records Specialist

　　Minimum of 1 year of experience working with EHR systems

　　In-depth knowledge of various EHR softwares and medical terminology

　　Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

　　Basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology

　　Basic knowledge of CPT coding

　　Familiarity with HIPAA requirements and regulations
