　　Location: Evanston, IL

　　Shift: 4x10s Days (7am-530p)

　　Local Pay Rate: $95 per hour

　　Total Travel Package: $4095.00/week

　　*MUST be 50 milesfrom facility to qualify

　　· Taxable Wages = $2520.00 / week

　　· Weekly Lodging Allowance = $1022.00 / week

　　· Weekly Meals & Incidentals = $553.00 / week

　　Estimated Weekly TakeHome after taxes: $3465.00/week

　　Duration:13 weeks (opportunity for extension)

　　Requirements:

　　· On Call Required: Will include week andweekend coverage

　　· ARRT and IEMA required

　　· 2+ yearsof experience in Cath lab

　　· Covid 19Vaccination or Medical Exempt

　　· Possiblefloat to Glenbrook location
