　　We are currently looking for a Category Demand & Supply Planning Manager to join Operations our team.

　　Location: Maslak,İstanbul

　　Type of contract: Permanent

　　As a Category Demand & Supply Planning Manager, you will have the following responsibilities;

　　Manage and maintain a skilled, motivated team of Demand and Supply planners to continuously improve the quality of the Demand and Supply Plans and the efficiency with which they are produced.

　　Ensure continuing alignment with Business priorities, initiatives and activities, and the delivery of performance to agreed KPI levels.

　　Have the DSP vision be part of Operations vision and Market MBS."

　　Manage the relationship and the effective flow of information between the Demand and Supply Planning function and internal business partners such as Customer Service, Logistics, Procurement, Operations, Sales, Marketing and Finance.

　　Manage the relationship with Inter-Market Producers and Receivers to ensure efficient and cost-effective replenishment.

　　Manage the relationship and effective flow of information between the Demand and Supply Planning function and external business partners such as Customers, service providers and vendors.

　　Which profile are we looking for?

　　8-10 years of relevant operational experience at market / business level is useful, in at least one of the following areas:

　　Demand & Supply Planning

　　Sales or CCSD experience is a plus

　　Leadership role in one of the functions across Generating Demand or other Ensuring Supply areas of

　　Sales / Marketing

　　Technical & Production

　　Customer Service

　　Demand & Supply Planning

　　Supply Chain Development

　　Purchasing

　　Desirable to have had worked on a leadership position in a LEAN organization, who has adapted LEAN concepts and tools as part of their way of working.

　　Desirable to have had experience implementing LEAN concepts and tools.
